Types of Yogas:

In ancient texts, Puranas and Upanishads, many types of yoga have been described. Such as Raja Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Laya Yoga, Dhyana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Karma Yoga, and Jnana Yoga.
